Senator ALSTON (Minister for Communications and the Arts)(12.02 p.m.) —To be clear, what will be made public are the tender specifications. The government or whoever is making these decisions would only accept a tender if it complied with those specifications. It does not follow that you would then release the document that complied with those. Everyone will understand the basis on which the decision will be made.
