Senator KEMP (Assistant Treasurer)(2.05 p.m.) —We should be very wary about jumping to conclusions about being misleading. As I said, this bill has been through quite a grinder in order to sort out areas which could be seen to be ambiguous or anomalous. I think you should be more wary about jumping to a conclusion that they are misleading. You have mentioned three sections of the act. My advisers are now looking at each of those sections and within a short period I should be in a position to respond to you.
