Senator MARGETTS(6.10 p.m.) —I am rising to indicate that, as our amendment has been defeated to oppose that part of the schedule, I will be supporting Senator Cook in his amendment to phase in—and, of course, we already have the government saying it will be delayed. This at least gives a little bit more breathing space for those micro-businesses to find alternatives. It is not, obviously, our preferred option, but it is better than what exists.
