Motion (by Senator Campbell)—by leave—agreed to:

That on Friday, 13 December 1996:

(a)   the hours of meeting shall be:

   9 am to 1 pm

   2 pm to adjournment;

(b)   the routine of business shall be government business only;

(c)   the question for the adjournment of the Senate shall be proposed after completion of consideration of the government business order of the day relating to the Child Care Legislation Amendment Bill 1996 and any messages from the House of Representatives on bills which have been subject to a limitation of debate; and

(d)   the procedures for the adjournment specified in the sessional order of 2 February 1994 relating to the times of sitting and routine of business shall apply in respect of this order.
