Senator HILL (Leader of the Government in the Senate)(3.19 p.m.) —I would like to thank all honourable senators for their cooperation in this matter, which will enable a vote to be taken on key budget related bills. I think it is important that that occur. It will also enable it to take place within a time frame which will, in turn, enable the Senate to rise late tomorrow night. I am sure all the staff of this place, families of senators who are elsewhere and others will be pleased that this session will be brought to a conclusion. It is a level of cooperation that is very much appreciated by the government.
