Senator COONEY(9.20 p.m.) —I cannot help asking this question of Senator Murray: what does he say about the significance of the injunction granted by Justice Hampel the other day to Ansett against the flight attendants? Is that not a very significant step and one that tends to circumvent the very legislation we are dealing with?
