Senator CHRIS EVANS(4.40 p.m.) —I want to ask the parliamentary secretary a question regarding the Employment Advocate's duties contained in the government/Democrat amendments. The relevant amendment states:

. . . the Employment Advocate must have particular regard to:

(a) the needs of workers in a disadvantaged bargaining position—

What does that mean? What will the Employment Advocate do for those people who are allegedly in a disadvantaged bargaining position?
