Senator CAMPBELL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for the Environment and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Sport, Territories and Local Government)(4.39 p.m.) —Like most Commonwealth agencies, the office will obviously seek to provide the best level of service that it possibly can.


Senator Hogg —So, for example, there is no redress available by going to the ombudsman or someone such as that if one finds fault in the quality of the advice given by the Employment Advocate?


Senator CAMPBELL —There is no provision in the act for any second guessing of that sort of advice.
