Senator CAMPBELL (Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for the Environment and Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Sport, Territories and Local Government)(5.52 p.m.)
—You are quite right, Senator Margetts; they are quite appropriate questions to ask. The government is, of course, quite keen to ensure that this legislation is an overwhelming success and that parts of it, like the Office of the Employment Advocate, work and work well and are accessible to people. The government is now doing that sort of work and, as I said to Senator Sherry, we will provide to the Senate the detailed responses to the questions that you have asked but those details are not available at the moment. Those sort of decisions are in the process of being made.
