Senator HERRON (Minister for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Affairs)(11.36 a.m.) —Those matters were considered by the review that was conducted. After the election there will be another, subsequent review. It is under continual review. That is in the act. There again, there was concern expressed at the previous review in that regard. All those considerations were taken into account when the recommendations came forward from the board of review.
