The copy of the bill I have before me is actually missing that clause, though it was in the legislation which was introduced by the previous government. Perhaps you could clarify whether you will be reintroducing the old clause 15Q(3) or are you referring to another provision?

Senator Vanstone —I am advised that in the redraft clause 15Q(3) became clause 15Q(2).

Senator BOLKUS —All I can say at this stage is that we will take your word for it. Given your explanation, I think we do not need to go ahead with the amendments that Senator Spindler has moved but that is, of course, up to him.
