To the Honourable, the President and Members of the Senate in Parliament assembled.
The Petition of the undersigned shows that the Government should:
`Observe the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child and grant all children social justice and equity in relation to freedom of choice by allowing parents the right to manage their own entitlement to child care assistance and to be permitted to use the child care centre of their choice'.
Your Petitioners therefore ask that the Senate should:
`allow parents the right to manage their own entitlement to child care assistance and to be permitted to use the child care centre of their choice'.
