Senator PANIZZA —by leave—I do not know where we are going here.

Senator West —You are supposed to know; you are the government.

Senator PANIZZA —As far as the Greens go. This morning—the opposition whip will back this up—at the whips' meeting no objections were raised to those two being taken as formal. The opposition whip was there and Senator Margetts was there. She raised no objection. There was a question raised earlier about whether the bills were the same. No objection was raised about formality. Now Senator Chamarette has the gall to come in here and raise an objection at this stage. She ought to sort out which way she is going and let her whip know what to say and do at the whips' meetings.
