Senator TEAGUE (6.08 p.m.) —In his speech, Senator Bell has conceded that his arguments are not persuasive for the opposition or the government. I confirm that. The opposition will not be supporting this package of nine amendments for the reasons that I set out in my speech during the second reading debate.
