Senator TIERNEY —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

  That the Senate—

  (a)condemns the Labor Government for its White Paper on employment and growth which is an attempt to dupe the unemployed and which fails to institute policies which will create real and lasting jobs;

  (b)notes, with concern, that all the White Paper will do is hide the true number of unemployed in training schemes and shuffle the dole queues; and

  (c)calls on the Government to stop pandering to the unions and tackle the issues of flexibility in the labour market, faster micro-economic reform and greater productivity which are necessary for reducing unemployment.
