Senator VANSTONE —My question is addressed to the Leader of the Government in the Senate. I remind him of Mr Keating's warning to caucus in late February this year that training wages could create disincentives for the long-term unemployed to take on jobs, producing headlines like this one: `Training wage danger says PM'.
