Senator O'CHEE —by leave—I ask the government what its intentions are for the rest of the evening. It is my understanding that the international war crimes legislation will not be proceeded with, nor will the health powers of investigation committee stages be proceeded with. Am I correct in understanding that at the conclusion of appropriations we are to proceed to an adjournment debate?

Senator Bolkus —Senator O'Chee can believe what he just said he believes in until I am in a position to tell him that he is wrong.
