Senator O'CHEE —I give notice that, on the next day of sitting, I shall move:

  That the Senate—

  (a)notes with dismay the total absence of any reference to the rural crisis in the opening speech of His Excellency the Governor-General; and

  (b)condemns the penny-pinching attitude of a Cabinet which has recently given less than one eighth the amount of money in drought aid as it gave to waterside workers in the discredited waterside restructuring program.
