Senator WATSON(11.51) —While the Government says it is not going to accept the Australian Democrats' amendments, in effect it will pick them up indirectly because the Minister has acknowledged them as options that will be undertaken as part of the inquiry under the Lemonthyme and Southern Forests (Commission of Inquiry) Bill. Therefore the Bill has far wider ramifications than have been put so far to this chamber today.
