Senator COLLARD —My question is also addressed to the Minister representing the Attorney-General. I refer to the legal advice given to the Government by a prominent Queen's Counsel and the Solicitor-General regarding the difficult situation or the debacle that the Government is in over the Australian War Memorial. How is any conflict between Air Vice-Marshal Flemming and the person or persons making the allegation to be resolved?
