To the Honourable the President and members of the Senate in the Parliament assembled. The petition of the undersigned shows:

That human embryos deserve legal protection to enable the development of their full human potential.

Your petitioners request that the Senate, in Parliament assembled, should pass Senator Harradine's Bill to prohibit experiments involving the use of human embryos created by in vitro fertilisation.

And your petitioners as in duty bound will ever pray.
