Senator MACKLIN(4.57) —Mr Chairman, I am not sure what debate we are having at the moment. I thought it was a debate on my amendment, but obviously it has moved into a debate on something else. I am happy for the other matter to be resolved.

The CHAIRMAN —The question before the Chair is that the amendment moved by Senator Macklin be agreed to.

Senator MACKLIN —Perhaps we could deal with my amendment first and then deal with the other matter.
