—I inform the House that the Minister for Foreign Affairs will be absent from question time today. The Minister for Trade will answer questions on his behalf. I also inform the House that the Minister for Sport and Minister for Youth will be absent from question time today as she is in Melbourne launching the Smartplay sports safety guidelines for children. On her behalf, the Minister for Health and Ageing will answer questions regarding sport and the Deputy Prime Minister will answer questions regarding youth.
