Mr ANDREWS (Minister for Immigration and Citizenship) (7:18 PM) —I refer the honourable gentleman to the matters which have been gazetted. He can read them for himself. I was speaking earlier in relation to the matter which the honourable member raised—that is, the gathering of evidence and the ability to prove or disprove whether or not something happened overseas—and the difficulty in gathering that evidence, which is proved right or wrong. It is easy to make allegations one way or the other but, in terms of actually proving it, it is an entirely different matter.
