Mr McGAURAN (Minister for Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry) (6:01 PM) —Significant progress has been made on the issue and it is a difficult economic, technical and even social process. The end is in sight. I ask the member to be supportive, cooperative and also patient in bringing it to a conclusion.
