Ms MACKLIN (10:57 AM) —Of course, the opposition agree. We think that these services should be provided and that overseas students should make a contribution to their cost through the compulsory fee that is going to be allowed through this legislation. My question again to the parliamentary secretary is: if it is all right for overseas students to pay a compulsory fee for those services, why isn’t it all right for Australian students to pay exactly the same compulsory fee for exactly the same services?
