The SPEAKER —While I have the attention of the House, can I say for the sake of the Hansard record that I believe this is the motion I ought to have put originally. We have already voted on paragraph (1) of the Prime Minister's motion. I now intend to put the question that paragraph (2) of the Prime Minister's motion be agreed to.
