Note: The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry and the Department of the Environment and Heritage have cross portfolio arrangements in respect of the administration of programs under the Natural Heritage Trust (NHT) and the National Action Plan for Salinity and Water Quality. Information on those programs since 1996 is held on a single database managed by both departments. There are no Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry Electorate programs for Barton on that database prior to 1 July 1999.
