Mr BALDWIN (3:16 PM) —Mr Speaker, I wish to make a personal explanation.

The SPEAKER —Does the member for Paterson claim to have been misrepresented?

Mr BALDWIN —I do.

The SPEAKER —The member for Paterson may proceed.

Mr BALDWIN —During a debate yesterday, recorded on page 25,072 of the Hansard, the member for Hunter stated that I had claimed that the members of the Labor Party had their hands in the till. Reading through the entire transcript, not once did I say they had their hands in the till over Centenary House. What I said was they had their hands in the taxpayers' pocket.
