It goes to the appropriateness of the new Attorney-General being sworn in today and involves the Attorney's obligation to undertake his duties impartially as referred to at page 62 of the House of Representatives Practice. Can the Prime Minister advise the House how the new Attorney will be able to do this when unresolved allegations relating to passport fraud and the minister's knowledge of criminal—
