Mr LATHAM (2:11 PM) —My question is to the Prime Minister. Do you recall telling the House on Tuesday of last week that your minister for taxation, Senator Coonan, has had no beneficial interest in the Pittwater property and that she and Andrew Rogers `have taken very great care' to—

Mr Abbott —Mr Speaker, I rise on a point of order. It is incumbent upon the member for Werriwa and other members to at least give the minister her correct title. She is not the minister for taxation; she is the Minister for Revenue and the Assistant Treasurer.

The SPEAKER —The member for Werriwa will refer to the minister by her correct title.

Mr LATHAM —I will recommence the question to the Prime Minister. Do you recall telling the House on Tuesday of last week that your Minister for Revenue, Senator Coonan, has had no beneficial interest in the Pittwater property and that she and Andrew Rogers `have taken very great care' to keep their financial interests separate? How then, Prime Minister, do you explain the contents of this building application lodged with Pittwater Council in 1994 to rebuild the Pittwater house, an application that shows Andrew and Helen Rogers as joint clients and applicants for the redevelopment? Prime Minister, how can Senator Coonan have no financial interest in a multimillion dollar house and property that she jointly redeveloped?

Mr HOWARD (Prime Minister) —I do recall the answer I gave. I have not seen that application. This is the first I have heard of it.

Mr Latham —I seek leave to table the joint application lodged with Pittwater Council in 1994 by Andrew and Helen Rogers, for the full rebuilding and redevelopment of the property at Paradise Avenue, Pittwater.

Leave granted.
