—My question to you, Mr Speaker, is about the conduct of the Deputy Speaker, the member for Page. Today, following a speech I made in the Main Committee regarding child sexual abuse, a personally offensive remark of a sexual nature was made to me by him. Not only was that remark entirely inappropriate and offensive to me but, given the content of my speech, I believe it was also totally demeaning of the important issue that was being debated. As this member is a member of the Speaker's panel, I ask your assistance in advising me what action can be taken on this issue.
