Mr BRUCE SCOTT (Minister for Veterans' Affairs and Minister Assisting the Minister for Defence) (11:11 AM)
—I acknowledge the member's interest in the harmonisation of the bill and the application of the Criminal Code. I undertake to get a response for him in writing, because I know he has a great interest in the bill and in defence matters. He comes from South Australia, where the Collins class submarine has been an important job creator and an important part of the defence capability. I undertake to respond to the member in writing.
Ordered that the bill be reported to the House without amendment.
