Mr MURPHY (3:19 PM) —On 7 September, question No. 1957 directed to the Attorney-General concerning the movement records and travel rorts of former senator Mal Colston, appeared on the Notice Paper in my name. Also on that day, question No. 1959 was directed to the Minister for Aged Care, concerning the number of complaints made against nursing homes in my electorate of Lowe and how many spot checks had been done on nursing homes in the electorate of Lowe over the last few years. Mr Speaker, it is 60 days since those questions were asked. I would be grateful if you could follow these matters up under standing order 150.

Mr SPEAKER —I thank the member for Lowe and will follow up as the standing orders provide.
