Senate's amendments—
(1) Schedule 1, item 3, page 3 (line 29), at the end of the definition of code of practice , add "However, a code of practice is not a standard.".
(2) Schedule 1, item 9, page 6 (line 8), at the end of paragraph (i), add ", including the publication of information to increase public awareness of food standards and food labels".
(3) Schedule 1, item 35, page 27 (line 30) to page 28 (line 2), omit subsection (1), substitute:
(1) If the Authority is required to give notice of a matter to a body or person under this Part, the Authority:
(a) must give public notice of the matter; and
(b) may also give notice of the matter to another body or person (if it considers it appropriate to do so).
