Mr Latham asked the Minister representing the Minister for Communications, Information Technology and the Arts, upon notice, on 10 August 1999:

Will the Minister bring up-to-date the information provided in the answer to question No. 1398 (Hansard , 13 May 1997, page 3439), concerning the Convention on the Means of Prohibiting and Preventing the Illicit Import, Export and Transfer of Ownership of Cultural Property (Paris, 1970).
