To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the House of Representatives assembled in Parliament.

The undersigned citizens and residents of Australia call on you to:

. Clearly label all Genetically Engineered foods that may be approved for sale;

. Make food labels reflect the true nature of the contents;

. Make sure the Australia New Zealand Food Authority is adequately resourced to protect food standards;

. Maintain our democratic right to make informed choices on what we feed ourselves and our families.

And your petitioners, as in duty bound, will ever pray.
