Mr SWAN —I rise on an issue of concern to over half a million people in the northern and southern suburbs of Brisbane, that is, the approval by Transport Minister Anderson to the Brisbane Airport Corporation's master plan. This is a plan which has kept the local community in the dark. The government has not published the flight paths. Residents do not know what the effect will be. It is the equivalent of proposing a major highway without showing the on-ramps and off-ramps.

Mr SPEAKER —Order! It being 2 p.m., the debate is interrupted in accordance with standing order 106A. The time for members' statements has concluded.
