Ms MACKLIN (1:57 PM) —Madam Deputy Speaker, what I would like to raise with the minister in consideration in detail—

Motion (by Dr Wooldridge) put:

That the question be now put.

Mr Lee —My point of order, Madam Deputy Speaker, is that you cannot move that motion while the member for Jagajaga has the call and is speaking.

Madam DEPUTY SPEAKER —The Clerk has advised me that that motion can be moved at any time. The fact is that the minister did move that the question be now put and the question now before the House is that the question be now put.

Mr Lee —(Inaudible )

Madam DEPUTY SPEAKER —To your point of order, and on taking advice from the Clerk, I have been informed that that motion can be put at any time. Therefore, I have to rule that there is no point of order.
