To the Honourable the Speaker and members of the House of Representatives assembled in the Australian Parliament

This petition of citizens of Australia, and Cambodian people residing in Australia, requests the House to:

Ask the Australian Government to cease providing aid to the Cambodian government until a truly democratically elected government is in place.

Further, all Hun Sen government violence must cease immediately, and the Cambodian government must immediately find, arrest and convict the persons responsible for murdering the Buddhist monk, women and student recently.

Ask the Australian Government to do all in its power to stop the Hun Sen, communist army, and the police to immediately cease the killing, bashing, shooting and violation of the lives of innocent Khmer people.

Respect the lives and freedom of expression of Buddhist monks as they go about their daily human rights duties.

Giver Khmer citizens freedom to demonstrate their wish for truly democratic government in Cambodia.

Insist that Hun Sen immediately desist from the murder and torture of innocent Khmer citizens.

Insist that Hun Sen immediately stands down from government.

Asks the Australian Government to publicly condemn all extra Judicial, Killing, torture or other acts of violence following the election of the 26th July 1998.

Request the United Nations to call and supervise a truly free and fair election, following the stand down from office of Hun Sen.
