Mr SPEAKER —I have received a letter from the honourable member for Dobell (Mr Lee) proposing that a definite matter of public importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely:

The damage being done by the Howard Government's health policies and the dangers posed to the health system by a goods and services tax.

I call upon those members who approve of the proposed discussion to rise in their places.
