Mr HOWARD (Prime Minister)
—I inform the House that the Minister for Defence (Mr McLachlan) will be absent from question time for the remainder of this week. He will be travelling to New Zealand to attend the annual Australia-New Zealand defence ministers' talks. The Minister for Defence Industry, Science and Personnel (Mrs Bishop) will ably answer questions on his behalf while he is absent.
