To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the House of Representatives assembled in Parliament:
The petition of concerned Veterans points out to the House that we object to the proposed introduction of the increase of the "Therapeutic Group Premium" ("Drugs Tax").
Our petitioners therefore request the House to reconsider the cuts to the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme. The proposed increases will severely impact on our health standards, impose further financial burdens and are not included in the safety net.
