Mr HOWARD (Prime Minister)(2.00 p.m. ) —Mr Speaker, could I have the indulgence of the House as somebody who witnessed both of the games over the weekend to convey my congratulations to the Adelaide Crows team and, I might say, particularly to the Newcastle team for an absolutely superb victory. I can say without fear of contradiction that the happiest man I have seen in years was Paul Harragon when he was handed the Optus Cup.
