—I have received a letter from the honourable member for Dobell (Mr Lee) proposing that a definite matter of public
importance be submitted to the House for discussion, namely:
The suffering caused to Australians with health problems by the government's health cuts and the misallocation of resources to private health insurance rebates rather than directly to patient care
I call upon those members who approve of the proposed discussion to rise in their places.
