Mr ROCHER(5.19 p.m.)
—Mr Speaker, I seek your indulgence to say that I believe the Prime Minister (Mr Howard) mentioned when I walked into the chamber that I would have wanted to be associated with the motion moved by the Prime Minister and seconded by the Leader of the Opposition (Mr Beazley). I want to record the fact that I do wish to be associated with the motion.
