Mr BEAZLEY
—My question is again to the Prime Minister. Prime Minister, do your published guidelines on ministerial conduct requiring declarations of apparent interest apply to all members of your ministerial committee on government communications, including those members who are not members of the Executive Council, such as the member for Kooyong and your chief political adviser, Mr Grahame Morris?
Mr HOWARD
—The guidelines apply to ministers and parliamentary secretaries.
