How many staff were employed at each office operated by the Minister's Department or any agency or statutory authority for which the Minister has portfolio responsibility in the electoral divisions of (a) Shortland; (b) Newcastle; (c) Paterson; (d) Charlton; and (e) Hunter at (i) 31 March 1996; (ii) 30 June 1996; (iii) the date of answering this question.
