To the Honourable the Speaker and Members of the House of Representatives assembled in Parliament:

The petition of certain citizens of Australia, draws to the attention of the House the bias and discrimination that separated/divorced men are subjected to under the legislation and operation of current laws concerned with Access/Custody, Property Settlements, Child Support and Social Welfare.

Your petitioners therefore request the House act to change the following laws in an attempt to provide a fairer, more level playing field for men and their children:

The Family Law Act 1975

Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989

Child Support (Registration & Collection) Act 1988

Social Security Act 1991
