Mr RUDDOCK —I ask the Minister for Territories and Local Government: Is it true that Mr O'Dea, a prominent left wing union official is to be appointed to the Parliament House Construction Authority? Is this appointment in return for his services rendered to the Government, in particular his arranging to have lifted the bans on the National Library arising from asbestos presence?
